In this chapter of the architecture school trilogy, we propose taking the “Home” out onto the street, bringing it closer to people, and restoring a Poblenou on a human scale. Three walls and a reflective membrane roof are lifted by a continuous flow of air, creating an organic, ever-changing volume.
In its most basic form and with a minimal structure, our “Home” is illuminated by a warm light that fluctuates and vibrates with the movement of the material itself. The duality between the membrane’s transparency and opacity establishes a dialogue between the outside observer and the interior, anticipating the arrival of the visitor who will inhabit it.
