How will we work together?

Every project requires a specific process, but we follow a clear framework that helps us organize decisions, align expectations, and build a solid foundation for moving forward.

Phase 1. The essence - Introduction and context

It all begins with a meeting to understand your needs, lifestyle, and target budget. We start by getting a clear understanding of the location, the scope of the project and the client’s expectations.

  • Technical site visit to the property or land.
  • Review of regulations and identification of initial constraints.
  • Preliminary feasibility study.
  • Topographic survey or collection of baseline data.

Phase 2. Strategy & concept - The design

We give shape to ideas. In this phase, we explore the possibilities of the space. We work with 3D images and graphic documentation so you can visualize the final result before we begin.

  • Site-specific proposals, relationship with the surroundings, and preliminary volumetric studies.
  • Program organization and spatial criteria.
  • Light, ventilation, materials, and atmosphere.
  • Integration of energy efficiency criteria.
  • Selection of materials (range of textures and finishes).
  • Images and documentation for evaluating the proposal.

Phase 3. Project development

We transform the concept into a coherent, clear, and technically well-organized project, ensuring meticulous attention to detail to avoid any surprises.

  • Development of floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Initial definition of construction systems.
  • Coordination with structural and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) teams as needed.
  • Graphic documentation for the subsequent phases of the project.
  • Detailed measurements and a realistic construction budget.

Phase 4. Management & coordination

We organize the process so that the project can move forward smoothly. Paperwork sorted. We handle all the dealings with the authorities so you don't have to worry.

  • Submission and follow-up of building permits.
  • Management of fees and administrative documentation.

Phase 5. The construction

Let's bring your project to life. We manage or follow up with the execution to ensure that the agreed-upon design, deadlines, and quality standards are met.

  • Contractor selection and bid comparison.
  • Construction management and weekly quality control.
  • Final processing: Energy Performance Certificate, Occupancy Certificate, and Completion Certificate.
