Phase 1. The essence - Introduction and context
It all begins with a meeting to understand the property as it is: its layout, its limitations, its value, and any potential issues.

We give shape to ideas. In this phase, we explore the possibilities of the space. We work with 3D images and graphic documentation so you can visualize the final result before we begin.

Phase 3. The technique
Rigorous approach to avoid surprises. We develop the project meticulously. We use 3D modeling technology to virtually construct the building, and BIM for complex projects, detecting conflicts and accurately calculating costs.
