NE Arq is an architecture firm that develops its own projects and collaborates with other teams when the assignment calls for it. We operate out of Barcelona and Bogotá, adapting to the scale, location, and nature of each project.

Our practice combines architectural design, technical development, renovation, interior design, and applied sustainability. We view the project as a process of decision-making: spatial, structural, economic, and environmental.

Every intervention begins with a precise reading of the context. We are interested in understanding how a space is lived in, what possibilities the existing conditions offer, and what solutions can make it clearer, more efficient, and more durable.

Sustainability is not added at the end of the project as a decorative label, but rather forms part of the initial decisions: orientation, materials, efficiency, maintenance, lifespan, and relationship with the surroundings.
